HR Administrator / Human Resources Administration
Our client is a world leading provider of healthcare solutions.
They are currently seeking an HR Administrator to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the International HR Director and the HR Shared Services Team.
Main responsibilities will include administrative support to the International HR Director, specifically with transactional matters, such as new starters, leavers, recruitment, reward, recognition, long service and benefits administration. Assist with the administration of the group pension scheme. Assist in securing translation of HR and training material into other languages. Assisting with the co-ordination of training events in other territories. Assist in the administration of the bi-annual pay reivew. To Collate international HR/ KPI reports etc.
The successful candidate will have a sound administration background, ideally within a HR environment, as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy. A self starter, you should have the ability to show initiative and work well in a a team. Sound IT knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR software is also needed.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
