JOB TITLE:Industrial Disease Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:2+ years
LOCATION: East Yorkshire (commutable from: Selby, Goole, Scunthorpe, York, Hull)
SALARY:£30,000 to £35,000
Covering a period of maternity leave, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a busy Industrial Disease caseload. Your will regularly take statements, instruct experts or counsel and undertake advocacy during hearings. You will also be responsible for drafting and filing documentation as appropriate.
The firm is keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 2 years previous experience within an industrial disease role, having handled occupational deafness, asbestos related illness, respiratory diseases and vibration claims. You will also be able to demonstrate strong client care and organisational skills.
